I know of 3 companies that supply PVDF for use in sensors:

1) Piezotech (http://www.piezotech.fr/films.html) offers 9, 25 and 405m
bi-axially stretched PVDF, 255m uni-axial PVDF and 1005m P(VF2-VF3) copolymer
film. As you can guess from their URL, they're located in France.

2) Airmar Technology (http://www.airmar.com/piezo/f_pvdf.htm): their
Industrial
Sensors unit sells Piezoflex film which has a typical thickness of 0.55m.
They're based in New Hampshire.

3) Measurement Specialties
(http://www.msiusa.com/piezo/metallized_piezo_film.htm): their Sensor
Products
Division has a variety of films in thicknesses up to 0.1 mm. This division is
based in Pennsylvania.
