Subject: [mems-talk] RF MEMS questions on cellular
handsets

                I need to know:

what is the status of RF MEMS in cellular phone handsets?
                Is it real?
                when is it commercial?
has any testing or prototypes being done now?
what about the issue that the current RF MEMS can handle
only up to 300M Hz
frequencies while the real PCS systems is about 800Mhz or
1900MHz?
what are the risks to the technology of RF MEMS in cellular
devices?

                regards,

                KRishna
