Hello all,
does any body knows how to declare mask in the TMA Supreme3 process simulator
. the problem is that i want to
make a complicated mask comprising of several openings to
this process simulator.
is there any way to transfer the mask info from the Autocad
file directly to supreme3.0
Any ideas?
