Hello,

My partner and I are developping a model to reinforce a polysilicon
rectangular clamped membrane for our master thesis.

the dimensions are: length 2mm
                             width 1mm
                              thickness 5um(micrometers)

We are not looking for highly detailed values, but something which would give
us reasonable results. can anyone reccomend us to a good reference book,
journal articles, web site etc. Even better, if someone has already performed
some computer simulations.
