There is a conducting polymer developped by Bayer, which is you can spin-coat to obtain conducting layers of 100-500 nm. You can check at www.sigmaaldrich.com under the name Poly(styrenesulfonate)/poly(2,3-dihydrothieno[3,4-b]-1,4-dioxin and catalog number 48,309-5. It is a dispersion in water of a polythiophene derivative and polystyrene sulfonate... Can anyone who has experience on this give me suggestions? Any input is highly appreciated.
