Due to unanticipated difficulties in processing, we find ourselves in short
supply of 4" SOI wafers critical to our MEMS development activities.  This
is a long-shot, but does anyone have any surplus SOI wafers with 1-2 micron
embedded insulator with 50-100 microns of silicon on top of it?  If so, send
me availability, numbers,  pricing, resistivity and name of the
