Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone out there could tell me if they made any
free-standing cantilevers (order of microns i.e. 50um x 10um, 100um x 20um,
10um x 4um) out of puregold, and no collapsing occured (since gold is so soft,
E=80GPa) for a gap of around 0.2-0.4 um.
