Hello Sathya: Try the Univ of Ca at Santa Barbara, right down the road from my company, IMT. They are building a strong MEMS department that started with Noel McDonald (former DARPA MEMS honcho) and is continuing with several new faculty and the building of large new fabrication facilities. And of course you get the side benefits of the climate and Santa Barbara in general. Good luck, Monte Monteith G. I am working in MEMS and I want to pursue a PhD with emphasis on MEMS. I would be greatful to you all, if you could suggest me some Universities that offer good MEMS program. Ideally I would like to start on my PhD from spring 2003. Look forward to hearing your suggestions. Thanks. Best Sathya.
