Hiroshi,

I have recently discussed this with Prof. Roger Howe, Chairman of
the 1996 IEEE Solid-State Sensor and Actuator Workshop, and this
is the result:

1. Correspond with the Transducer Research Foundation (TRF):

        Transducer Research Foundation, Inc.
        1356 Forest Hills Blvd.
        Cleveland, OH 44118

        http://www-bsac.eecs.berkeley.edu/trf/

2. Send a check or money order from a US bank for:

        $80 for USPS book rate
        $85 for USPS priority mail

3. Previous digests are also available: 94, 92, 90, 88?
The price for these digests are not established at this time.
   Please communicate with the TRF.

Unfortunately the above information is only useful for those
purchasing a digest from within the US. I am not sure how you and
other members of the international MEMS community should go about
paying for the '96 digest nor how much it will cost for the
added shipping. I will relate more information as I have it.

Your best bet is to ask the TRF by writing them at the address above.
