Hello,
We would like to bond two wafers together. Both wafers could be patterned or
only one of them. I would like to use a simple, cheap, gluing process using
adhesives.
Are there in the MEMS-microelectronics industry suppliers of thin adhesives
that could be applied on a full wafer using double face tape or other transfer
techniques ?
Are there also suppliers of patternable glue/adhesives with dimension lower
than 1 mm even 0.5 mm ? Is it possible to find prepatterned thin double side
tapes that could be aligned and applied on a patterned substrate ?
I am awared of screen-printing and bonding using resist, PDMS, etc, etc. I am
really looking for a kind of transfer process for adhesives on patterned
substrates.
