You will find that everyone will plug for the program they are associated
with, which is not exactly subjective. If you know what subject in MEMS you
want to work on you will logically find the advisor/program that will help
you grow. Again, it does not matter so much what the reputation of the
school is but what the advisor is working on. Asking the list here you will
get a list of schools people graduated from.

Hi Smitha,

Here at the University of Illinois @ Chicago, there is a
pretty good grad program in MEMS and the MAL(Microfabrication
applications Lab) is very good indeed.Prof.Alan Feinerman does a lot of
work with optical MEMS.Good luck! and hope you find the right
program.http://www.mal.uic.edu/
