As the manufacturer of SU-8 and SU-8 2000 we at MicroChem. are trying to
get a clearer picture of MEMS/microfluidic applications of photoresists.
Simply put we are trying to uncover the details of who is using
photoresists in this area, what the most common applications are and
what emerging areas might require photoresists. If you are working at a
company producing microfluidic devices with photolithography, I would
very much like to spend a few moments discussing you requirements. If
you'd prefer to simply send me an e-mail explaining what you are doing
and what materials you use, I would greatly appreciate that. I have
heard many of you discuss the limited availability of materials for MEMS
applications. This may be your chance to do something about it.
