HI

I am trying to calibrate a MEMS accelrometer
fabricated in the lab using a reference accelerometer.
Both are mounted on a pieozoelectric shaker and driven
using a power amplifier and the output is taken at a
HP dynamic signal analyzer.

The problem I am facing is that the response for the
commercial accelerometer falls beyond 1000 Hz or so,
thus giving faulty results. I have tried with two
different commercial accelerometers.
Please help me figure out if the set-up I am using is
wrong.
