Hi all,

I am looking for beryllium substrates for Rutherford Backscattering (RBS)
analysis. There seems to be no more supplier due to berylliums toxicity. I
can buy thin foils at STREM for example, but I need a rigid substrate at
least 10 mm in diameter and at least 200 um thick.

I'd be very grateful for any help,
