Dear all,
I'm looking for published data on space-qualified multiple quantum well
optical modulators; we are looking for a fast modulator at 980 nm or
1040 nm. Such devices are not in my main field of interest, so I wonder
if MQW modulator used in fiber connections could be space-qualified, or
if there any major show-stopper in doing that.
