Hello everyone,

Have somebody heard anything about use of ultrasound in chip fabrication.

This could be interesting, because it is possible to make ultrasonic waves, that
are shorter than
optical waves.

I have some ideas, that could be usefull both for litography and process control
and search
somebody, who is interested in new ideas here.
