Hi Fabbi, Nickel sulphamate bath is a high speed plating solution for depositing Nickel with a wide range of control in its internal stress. A typical solution is listed below Nickel sulphamate 650-780 g/L Nickel chloride 6-18 g/L Boric acid 36-48 g/L pH 4.0 Temperature 60-71 C Current density 50-800 amp/ft2 (NH)2 SO3 has an oxidation number of -1 Ni has an oxidation number of +2 Together Ni[(NH)2 SO3)]2 has an oxidation number of 0.
