I have a need for a tiny linear actuator with the following specifications.
Any recommendations?

        displacement of about 1mm (0.04")
        can produce a force of about 30gms (.07lb)
        response of about 50ms
        dimension constraints of 0.1" in diameter but length can be a few
inches
