Dear all members,

I'm searching for a report about reactions and/or alloy formation process of
Au/Sn Eutectic solder at around 320 deg. C.  Given that the percentages by
weight of individual components allow Eutectic point to occur and that Sn
layer is sandwiched between two Au layers and heated up to the mentioned
above temperature, I'd like to verify how Au dissolves in liquid Sn to form
the eutectic solution at around 20% tin.
