Lijun: Below are web sites for two companies that I have found to be useful resources for inexpensive four point probes. One of the companies offers a handheld. http://four-point-probes.com/ http://www.miller-design.com/index.html Regards, Robert Ditizio Tegal Corporation --__--__-- Message: 4 Date: Thu, 5 Sep 2002 15:50:21 -0700 (PDT) From: Lijun JiangTo: mems-talk@memsnet.org Subject: [mems-talk] Look for used 4-point probe or SERVICE Reply-To: mems-talk@memsnet.org Hello: I am looking for a used 4-point probe. Or someone could do the job for me. I want to measure the resistivity change with the temperature of VO2 films. the temperature range is 25oC to 90oC. The resistivity will change from ~1000 Ohm.cm at 25oC to ~0.0001 Ohm.cm at 90oC. So I need a probe that can heat the thin films, which is on the Si wafer. Or some probe that can fit in samples much thicker than a wafer. Then I can put in my own heater. So firstly, I am looking for a used 4-point probe for sale, hope less than $500. Or if someone have facility for my job, I can pay for the testing. thanks lijun __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo!
