Dear Murphy,

I have recently converted an LTO furnace to a TEOS deposition system using the
VMDOT system supplied by the J.C. Schumacher Company.  I have found the films to
be very uniform and specular.  Particles are greatly reduced due to the nature
of the TEOS
source chemical.
