Dear colleage:

We are looking for suppliers that can custom-make sub-micron to nano meter
feature size (500 nm to 10 nm) test patterns on Si wafers (4 inch or
larger). And we would like to use the patterned wafers as molds to do hot
embossing or nanoimprinting.

Any information will be greatly appreciated.
