Hello MEMS Researchers,

I understand that the breakdown voltage of a thin film is not a linear
function of thickness (for small thicknesses). I am interested in the
breakdown voltage of phospho-silicate glass (PSG) and/or thermal oxide
as a function of thickness and dopant concentration. Could anyone
provide a reference for this kind of data?
