Dear All Members:

I am searching for a chemical or chemicals to clean-off or etch-off the
residual Au/Sn (78%/22% wt.) solder that stick in the pockets of aluminum
frame after vacuum / thermal  sealing (305°C). I want clean off the solder
only without any damage to the pockets (that is precisely machined).

Your input / comment / information are highly appreciated.
