Dear friends,

I am trying to figure out the 3- dimensional
photogenerated carrier diffusion in silicon and
depletion layer. I coulden't find a 3-dimensional
model. I tried to solve a diffusion quation, which is
a partial differential equation. I spent one week on
it, I still can not solve it. Some tools software,
such as Matlab and MathCAD can only solve
two-dimensional problem. So I need your help.

I appreciate any information from you.
