Hi, everyone,

       Has anyone had the experience of gluing two wafers together at room
temperature?  I have no idea about how to apply a thin, controllable glue
material when the two wafers have deep cavities.
      I would appreciate it if someone would share his experience, like
glue material, and methods to apply it.

      Further, what is the thin adhesive material ordinarily used on
commercial adhesive tape, and why won't two sides stick together?
