Hi all,
I have 50 nm of Ti, 50 nm Pt and 500 nm of Au on top of InP substrate. After
annealing @ 375C for 1 minute, the color of the Au changed, became darker as if
there was some diffusion went on during the anealing process, but my Pt is thick
enough to prevent that ..... does any one know why? (Gold ontop of GaAs is OK)
