Hi, all my counterparts I'm now a Ph.D candidate of a university, majoring in error sources analyses and electronics designing of silicon micromechanical gyroscope. My present research focuss on zero point output drift of microgyro. Could anyone tell me how electric feedthrough from the reference drive loop cause zero point output of gyro? Could anyone recommand me some papers about electric feedthrough? I'd like to ask questions from authors of papers as following, could anyone know their email? 1.
