Hello Milan, You should try the CEDIP IR Camera with their Microscopic G1 lens. Their website is www.cedip-infrared.com. The appropriate camera will be the Jade MWIR (3-5 µm) since you have to sense trough silicon. Good Luck, Danny. P.S. The price will not be a cheap one ... ----------------------------------------------------- Danny Klein Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Technion, Israel Institute of Technology Haifa, 32000 Israel Tel (Lab.): 972-4-8292946(3861) Email: dannykl@tx.technion.ac.il ----------------------------------------------------- ----- Original Message ----- From: Milan Buncick To: Mems-Talk (E-mail) Sent: Wednesday, March 12, 2003 9:10 PM Subject: [mems-talk] IR camera I'm interested in obtaining a CCD IR camera to attach to an existing microscope or an IR microscope for imaging through Si.
