Fluorinert or Aussimont's Galden heat transfer fluids are formulated to have a high resistivity, but they are very expensive. Shweta Humadwrote:Hi all, Does anyone know of a very low conductivity liquid? I was thinking of trying organic solvents because they are non-polar. I found a paper that shows a 0.4nA signal conducting through acetone when a 5 volts potential difference was applied, and thought of using acetone. Please let me know if anyone knows of anything with higher resistivity. Thanks, -- Shweta Humad Office: (404) 385-4306/2400 _______________________________________________ MEMS-talk@memsnet.org mailing list: to unsubscribe or change your list options, visit http://mail.mems-exchange.org/mailman/listinfo/mems-talk Hosted by the MEMS Exchange, providers of MEMS processing services.
