Close to the surface is a cavity 22x22mm 110+/-10um deep and second cavity is 16X16 mm and 67+/- 20 um deep. Minimal roughness on the bottom of second cavity is required for visible light detection. It could be done out of 3 pieces of glass, but this way is expensive. Please, advice Regards, Alex Pozdin, Director of Engineering 5 Danuser Dr. Hermann, MO 65041 USA ph. 573-486-5500 e-mail: apozdin@laserusa.com fax 573-486-5540 _______________________________________________ MEMS-talk@memsnet.org mailing list: to unsubscribe or change your list options, visit http://mail.mems-exchange.org/mailman/listinfo/mems-talk Hosted by the MEMS Exchange, providers of MEMS processing services.
