Hi people,

I'm looking for quartz glass (and no other type of glass) and for
high resistivity silicon substrates (>=3000 Ohm cm), both 100 mm
(probably also smaller), thickness about 500 um.
Volume: 3-5 pieces.
Does anybody know companies delivering low quantities of these
substrates? Does anybody of you have some of them in your stock and
you'd like to get rid of them?
