Hello,

I am an executive recruiter who is thinking about expanding my
speciality into the MEMS marketplace.  I currently am a Managing partner
for a company which services the global electronic interconnect
marketplace including pcb board fabrication, pcb assembly, contract
manufacturing, process materials and capital equipment.

Much of my market has been eroded by offshore production. I see MEMS as
a growing technology and good future market.  I see some transferability
of skills of people I already know in the fabrication side- that is pcb
board fab has similar processes of etch and photolithography, plating
etc.

I would like to ask your help in identifying where you see job growth ie
fab, assembly and packaging etc and what would be the best trade
journals that professionals in the industry would most likely read.  I
would appreciate any other suggestions you may have on how to network to
find companies and people looking for assistance in this industry.
