Dear Mr. Yoo, in our laboratory we have used the Epoxy Technology (www.epotek.com) products. They sell epoxy resins fulfilling the highest biocompatibility standards (USP VI). In particular we have successfully used Epotek 353ND as adhesive, and EPOTEK 301-2 as encapsulant, for a silicon chemical microsystem.
