The MEMS Exchange released an update of the QP package today.

There is not a corresponding update of QPY: we haven't found
anything to improve since the 1.2 release.

We did, however, also release

   a new version of scgi that includes some fixes to the
   Apache 2.2 mod_scgi module.

   a new version of Durus that adds a few new methods to the
   BTree class to support a variety of iterations, including
   iterating over items in a given range of keys.

   and

   a Dulcinea update that removes much of the duplication that
   existed between it and QP.
