-1 from Greg, -0.5 from me: that's enough.  Static files are useful
for standalone applications that need a few images and use a Medusa
HTTP server, but when you're running CGI scripts, things are getting
complicated enough that you should have a real web server like Apache.

BTW, the other two classes are StaticFile and StaticFilesFolder.
'Folder' strikes me as imprecise, so I'd like to change the latter to
StaticDirectory.  Any votes against?
