Just under a week after the previous release, Quixote 0.6b4
is now available from
    http://www.mems-exchange.org/software/files/quixote/Quixote-0.6b4.tar.gz

Now to begin refactoring for 1.0...

0.6b4 (13 Mar 2003):

  * The C version of the htmltext type is now compiled by default;
    you can edit setup.py manually to disable it.

  * StaticDirectory's list_folder argument renamed to list_directory.

  * StaticFile now supports the HTTP encoding for files.
    (Absence of this feature noted by Jim Dukarm.)

  * If _q_index doesn't exist in a namespace, an AccessError will be
    raised, getting turned into an HTTP 403 Forbidden error to the
    client.  A minor side effect of this change: _q_index will not be
    passed to _q_resolve, nor will a _q_index.{py,ptl} module be
    imported.  We don't expect this to be a backward compatibility
    problem .

  * Factored out the traverse_url() and get_component() method
    from the Publisher class.

  * Documented _q_exception_handler().
