Fixed now.

I've bumped the version number to b5 because I corrected a silly error
in b4; a parameter to _traverse_url had the wrong name,
'namespace_stack', when it should have been 'fix_trailing_slash'.  If
you downloaded beta4 very quickly, you should go grab a copy of beta5.
