Hi, First of all thakns for Quixote, it's just great!. I can acces qdemo via/cgi-bin/demo.cgi but not via the rewrite rules. Mod_rewrite correctly (I think) rewrites my URL as shown below, but apache (2.x) insists in not serving it (log attached further down). imunoz:logs > cat rewrite.log 134.171.180.132 - - [19/Apr/2003:22:20:28 +0000] [jarjar.pl.eso.org/sid#80ff1f0][rid#81c4248/initial] (2) init rewrite engine with requested uri /qdemo/ 134.171.180.132 - - [19/Apr/2003:22:20:28 +0000] [jarjar.pl.eso.org/sid#80ff1f0][rid#81c4248/initial] (2) rewrite /qdemo/ -> /cgi-bin/demo.cgi/ 134.171.180.132 - - [19/Apr/2003:22:20:28 +0000] [jarjar.pl.eso.org/sid#80ff1f0][rid#81c4248/initial] (2) local path result: /cgi-bin/demo.cgi/ 134.171.180.132 - - [19/Apr/2003:22:20:28 +0000] [jarjar.pl.eso.org/sid#80ff1f0][rid#81c4248/initial] (2) prefixed with document_root to /diska/imunoz/http/cgi-bin/demo.cgi/ 134.171.180.132 - - [19/Apr/2003:22:20:28 +0000] [jarjar.pl.eso.org/sid#80ff1f0][rid#81c4248/initial] (1) go-ahead with /diska/imunoz/http/cgi-bin/demo.cgi/ [OK] 134.171.180.132 - - [19/Apr/2003:22:20:31 +0000] [jarjar.pl.eso.org/sid#80ff1f0][rid#81c4248/initial] (2) init rewrite engine with requested uri /qdemo 134.171.180.132 - - [19/Apr/2003:22:20:31 +0000] [jarjar.pl.eso.org/sid#80ff1f0][rid#81c4248/initial] (1) pass through /qdemo >From my acess log: 134.171.180.132 - - [19/Apr/2003:22:23:52 +0000] "GET /cgi-bin/demo.cgi/ HTTP/1.1" 200 1787 134.171.180.132 - - [19/Apr/2003:22:20:28 +0000] "GET /qdemo/ HTTP/1.1" 404 328 134.171.180.132 - - [19/Apr/2003:22:20:31 +0000] "GET /qdemo HTTP/1.1" 404 327 Any ideas? how this should be configured? thx in advance.
