I hadn't realized there was an Issue Tracking database for Quixote/SCGI. (Well,
I see now that it's really for MEMS Exchange software in general, but 3 of the
6 issuex are Q/S related).

Would it be easier/better for you, Neil, and the other source maintainers, if
we posted suggested patches to the issue database instead of the list? We could
kick things around on the list until an idea has traction, and then someone
could suggest adding an Issue w/ the patch to ensure it's put in the next
release.
