I have one small suggestion.  On line 12 where it says, "Proceed to the demo
documentation..."  I know it may seem obvious where to find the right text
file to some, but others may find it a little vague.  I suggest adding the
location of the demo doc to the sentence:

Proceed to the demo documentation (doc/demo.txt) to
learn how to get Quixote working.

It may seem trivial, but at least the user won't have to spend time finding
the right file in the doc directory to get started.
