I like the new world order. And I'll like it even better when the
installer puts form2 in place too! ;-)

So far, so good. Have been rebuilding a bunch of simple and complex
forms using it and it feels good.

Next task: look at pushing SelectWidget to handle a nested hierarchy of
items such that the OPTGROUP element can be used...
