I was thinking of offering a tutorial session.  My idea was to walk
through the development of a simple application starting from
scratch.  I'm not sure if that will fit into the structure of the
conference though.  Also, it would take a fair bit of preparation on
my part since I don't want to start fumbling with bugs in the middle
of it.

Perhaps people on this list could suggest useful we could do at the
conference.
