Dulcinea is collection of modules that we think might be
useful for people building general-purpose web applications
using Quixote.   Version 0.1 has been out for a while now
(on http://www.mems-exchange.org/software/) and 0.2 will
include more similar stuff factored out of our web applications.

The new code related to users will include
UserDatabase and User classes, forms for user registration
and login.  We're also planning to release a demo app that
gives an example of how these can be used.

I wouldn't want to discourage you from working on your own
user management modules.  The timing of the release is not
controlled by the developers, so I can't tell you how long it
will be.   I just wanted to let everyone know that we've got
something in the works.
