I had what I believe is the same problem with basically the
same configuration (Apache 2.48 with worker MPM) when I run
the quixote demo. I then tried my quixote application which
runs happily on top of Twisted and with mod_python using
mod_scgi and the same thing happened on form submission.

However I could make the problem disappear on both my
application and then on the demo by changing the form
methods from a POST to a GET.

Thats as far as I got on my detective work.
