i think its a little unclear BUT according to various authors i've
discussed this with (Federico Di Gregorio for GPL'ed psycopg for
example) simply importing the code does NOT mean you have to GPL your
code.  but as always YMMV so if you are concerned ask the author - they
usually won't bite .
