That's a silly and short-sighted view.  If you know designers who hold
it, and you consider them worth salvaging, buy them a copy of
_Designing With Web Standards_, or at least sit them down to peruse the
ALA magazine site (alistapart.com).

It's past time to let go of the web's infantile disorders.
