The current release of the dulcinea package...

...has a simple DateTimeWidget in lib/ui/form2/date_time_widget.ptl
There is also a port (and slight cleanup) of the more complicated
form1 DateSelectWidget in the current checked-in code that has
yet to be released... but will be at some point once our legal team
can bless it.
