Hi everybody,

i am switching from py2.2/quixote 0.73a3 to py2.3.4/quixote 1.0c1. All my ptl
files failed compiling!

It looks like ptl's don't compile in 1.0c3 if there is any whitespace after the
last CR/LF (under win32 platform). A SyntaxError is raised on the last line of
the file.
