Quixote appears not to be in your yum repository. After adding the
repository to my /etc/yum.conf and checking for updates, I get this list
(names are trimmed, as yum presented them):

python-simpletal-0-3.9-0.
libsigc++-0-2.0.3-0.fdr.1
python-seklib-0-1.0-0.fdr
python-reportlab-0-1.19-0
libsigc++-devel-0-2.0.3-0

I'm running Fedora Core 2, so I used the /yum/fedora/ URL.
